These terms apply when you order from The Gala at thegala.fashion. By placing an order you agree to them.

An independent reseller.

Gala is an independent reseller: we buy genuine pieces from the brands we stock and resell them in Trinidad and Tobago. We do not make these pieces and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the brands. Gala is an independent store. All brand names shown are the trademarks of their respective owners. Product references identify the original brands; no brand affiliation or authorization is implied.

Prices & orders.

Prices are shown in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. Any promotion and the delivery charge are shown at checkout before you order. Placing an order sends us an order request: we check it and confirm it with you before it is dispatched. Stock is checked the moment you order; if a piece can no longer be supplied, we will let you know and you will not pay for it.

Payment.

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the total shown on your order confirmation when your pieces arrive. No card or online payment details are collected.

Delivery.

We deliver across Trinidad and Tobago. Arrival dates shown on the site are estimates. Delivery charges and complimentary-delivery thresholds are shown at checkout.
