We only ask for what we need to send you your pieces and look after you. We never sell your information.

What we keep.

Your bag and saved pieces stay in your own browser. When you order, we keep your name, email, phone, delivery address, chosen pieces and any gift note, so we can confirm, deliver and support your order. A private styling request keeps your name, phone, optional email, preferred contact method and notes so a stylist can reply. If you sign up for style letters, we keep your email, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

How we use it.

To confirm and deliver your order, send you emails about it, reply to your styling requests and, only if you opted in, send style letters. No payment details are collected: payment is cash on delivery.

Virtual fitting.

If you use the virtual fitting in the dressing room, your front and side photos (and back photo, if you add one) and the product images are sent through OpenRouter to the image model provider, currently OpenAI, to create one image of you wearing the pieces. Gala does not store your photos or the result; they exist only in your browser tab. OpenRouter does not keep the request content by default. OpenAI does not use it to train its models, but may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Only adults may use the fitting, and only with their own photos or with the pictured person’s permission. To limit misuse, we keep an anonymous daily count of fittings per visitor.

Services we use.

The site runs on Vercel, with product images on Vercel Blob and store records in a Neon database. Order emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process information outside Trinidad and Tobago on our behalf. No analytics or advertising trackers are used.

Your choices.

You can clear your bag and saved pieces at any time, or clear your browser storage to remove them completely. You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
