Delivery, thoughtfully arranged.

Gala serves Trinidad and Tobago. The current delivery fee is TT$45.00, with complimentary delivery on eligible orders of TT$750.00 or more after promotions. Your delivery total appears before you submit an order.

Orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days.

Delivery coverage and timing will be confirmed by the Gala team.

We deliver to: Port of Spain, San Fernando, Chaguanas, Arima, Diego Martin, Tunapuna / Piarco, Other Trinidad, Tobago.

Delivery to Tobago adds TT$100.00 to the delivery charge, including on orders with complimentary delivery, and takes about 3 more business days.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, write to orders@thegala.fashion with your order reference and we’ll talk you through your options.

A note on sizing.

Sizes vary by brand and garment. Each piece lists its composition and care. For children, age labels are a starting point; check measurements before purchasing.

Our stylists are happy to advise on sizing before you order: ask the concierge.

Gift wrapping, on us.

Every order can be wrapped in Gala tissue and ribbon, at no charge, with a handwritten note: add your message at checkout and we’ll write it by hand. You can also ask us to leave prices off the packing slip.

Cash on delivery. Pay when your order arrives. Online payment options will become available once they are connected.
